Xtreme Sports: Mountain Climbing

      Mountain Climbing (or Rock Climbing as it is also called) is composed of two main styles, indoor gym climbing which has grown in popularity thanks to ease and safety, and outdoor mountain climbing which is self descriptive and simply amazing. Both are highly recommended and a challenging and fulfilling experience.

      I recommend you first try going to one of the many great indoor climbing gyms across the US and world to see if you like the sport. They are very safe and easy to start in. Afterwards if you enjoy it and would like to try outdoor climbing there are many great guided tours available.
